NEWSFLASH: Aviation Adventures has moved it corporate headquarters from the FL Keys to Union City, TN. President, Terry Carbonell "passed the yoke" to Jo Ann Speer at the press conference called in Union City. Nearly 40 students from Obion County Central High School were on hand as Roxie Red Plane arrived at Everett-Stewart Regional Airport. The students will be flying Roxie as part of their aviation studies. Having Roxie relocate to Union City is a great benefit for the local community as these students would not otherwise have access to flight training. Ms. Speer, as President and CEO of Aviation Adventures, will continue supporting the mission to provide aviation education to youth in the rural communities. "We have 5 seniors this year who have been part of the aviation program at Central with Ms. Crews since the beginning. We are all overjoyed to know that now they WILL become private pilots and that ESRA will share in this process."
